Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Pick a username that isn't offensive or pretending to be someone else. We may change or remove usernames that are.
- You can delete your account at any time; see Privacy.
Playing fair
Don't cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, harass other players, or try to break or overload our servers. If you do, we may end games, remove results, or suspend accounts. If you find a bug, please tell us at [email protected].
The games
Our games are free to play right now. We work hard to keep them running, but they're provided as they are: we can't promise they'll always be available or bug-free, and we may change or retire features. Traditional rules vary from town to town; ours are one honest version.
What's ours
The games, art, code and the Fàájì Games name belong to us. Ayò itself belongs to everyone. Press and creators may use the material on our press page to cover our games.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using our games, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us (currently nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
